  The t mobile service is horrible in our area, especially if you go out swords seen or beaches, but the customer service is wonderful. Zeke was always very helpful

  Would give zero stars. VERY pushy salesmen who gang up on customers to pressure and wear them down to purchase redundant products. One employee even made off with one of my brand new, expensive af screen protectors. I generally loathe going into tmobile stores, but my most recent visit exceeded expectations. Zero stars.

  Only had one bad experience. Honestly once in a while they don't make sense. But at least there not as lying scum bags as Verizon (Got lied to by the, so many times didn't even know it was a lie until the bill came in >..> ) But Other than that there is very nice staff and people and don't seem to get bothered at all either with questions. When we signed up we got free cases on some phones and discounts on one case for an iPhone. Not bad at all :) not even the crappy carrier I use to have did that (Boost Mobile) and Sure. Coverage isn't the best but so far its better then Boost with more LTE everywhere and better yet, we have a Signal booster. Lol
